So let me get this straight. In order for us to gain a single % of DPS increase with our 4 set bonus is to have a subpar/non BIS legendary? This makes no sense at all Sounds like we will be taking the 2p + offpiece road quite fast!

I wouldn't write off the 4pc just yet. I think it just means we start our burns sooner without AP. The trick is figuring out when, though. FWIW, I have the kilt.

Been trying it on test dummies, and so far it feels something like: First burn as normal, second burn starts around when my 4th RoP charges comes off cooldown with AP coming up at about 50% mana, then delay my third burn a little bit and use AP after evocation.

Haven't tried much beyond that, and I have no idea if it's optimal but eh.
