Arcane Prodigy or...

Hello everyone!
Just a quick (dumb) question =)
Why nobody uses both Arcane Prodigy and Discipline of the Grove (Night Fae) together?
That should reduce the cooldown of Arcane Power much much more so we can have almost permanent burst... or not? =)

Would be great in theory, as arcane relies heavily on cd's. The biggest part would be mana management, as well as evocation usage as a whole. Also I believe Venthyr is the top parsing covenant for arcane, because it allows a damage increase on a short burst window. I would love to see if you simulate or test this in-game and see the results!
