I do miss following trinkets in your fire sims:

- Obelisk of the void (Violet hold)

I highly doubt that those sets will be worth a lot. Ring is decent for a lot of content but hard to judge on raid. Trinkets are kind of undertuned compared to decent ones if datamined numbers are correct. But some guys may ask for those sims anyway. Which trinket is imp generator?
Pretty sure I have obelisk, if it's not in the images then it's just not in the top or bottom portion of the rankings.
Caged horror I'll have in when I update things this weekend - was bugged when I ran the sims here. 2pc for chronoshard I can do, sure. Gnawed thumb ring too.

Hey Frosted - any plans on adding the Devilsaur Shock-Baton from the world quest? I could see it being strong what with it having crit and whatnot.

I wanted to inquire about the http://www.wowhead.com/item=140030/devi ... 6#comments" target="_blank as well; seems like it is just as good if not better considering it has a similar damage proc but also the obvious fact that it has crit. Got it from a Suramar daily today and I wasn't able to find any information on this page or Rinoa's in regards to it, wasn't sure if not too many people had seen it yet or not.

I tried a lot with Devilsaur Shock-Baton and it seems to proc really often it makes close to 15% of the dmg in a single fight.

Okay simple question... why is Troll racial still on top? I don't understand why Blood Elf @ 1% Crit isn't the best choice. On top of that - we legit don't even cast for like the first 15 seconds of a fight so that haste buff doesn't seem like it even really enhances our burst phase there. I cant really see the haste putting us past another soft cap or some shit lol - HALP!? :?

Updated OP with trinket stuff. Also added a 4tar AoE simple trinket comparison, since some of the trinkets are pretty obvious "aoe" styled trinkets and were therefore being undervalued by just showing their contribution to single target DPS.

Neck Enchant, Food Buff and Potion for Fire

is the 375 Crit Food better then the Fireball Food

Potion of Deadly Grace? I saw mention in wowhead that at the moment the WoD Potions are better, is it true?

Neck Enchants there are tons and I have no idea which is better

with the sims were you using the standard 830 drop or one of the warforged drops?

I have a question about the updated trinkets: is the sim running Kindling? If so, doesn't it make Mulligan very undervalued?

2 things:

1. I didn't see a 3x ignite damage relic sim. Also, while 3 pyro damage would be our best single target, at what point would 3 ignite damage actually be better than pyro? Just curious if the fight is 3 or even 2 targets or more if Ignite relics actually overtake 3 pyro.

2. In terms of which talents are best given a situation for the sims, are they done with a fully fledged artifact tree completed? Or are they done with just PR and PI and not having Flamestrike and its artifact talents? Just curious since going into Emerald Nightmare with all the AoE if picking those talents may be prudent with heavy AoE fights after you get PR/PI instead of going for the Fire Blast stuff and saving the 15% Flamestrike Damage for near last.

I have an 830 Eye of Skovald and its simming 1k dps higher than an 835 +socket Devilsaur Shock Baton. Any ideas? Have you simmed Skovald?

I've simmed using Baton and it seems the whatever algorithm simcraft is using isn't correctly applying the proc rate. The proc rate of Baton is way lower in sims than it is in practice. Baton passive tends to be 3-8% of my damage on dungeon bosses but simcraft insists on it being only 1-2%.

I'd like to think Eye as an AoE version of Baton.

As others have asked, are those sims above using 830 Baton or are all the trinkets standardized to 840? Also, how did you get simcraft to correctly sim Baton?

Conflag, LB, Cinderstorm for big trash pulls. If people find any skips + additional use of invis potions/rogue group stealth you'll just go with a single target build for bosses.

There's also Tome usage assuming it goes down in price on the AH or you have an inscription friend that can make you a bunch. Then you can swap between AoE and ST at will and make sure you are helping as best you can on trash and on bosses. I think that is ideal.
