I'm not sure if it's working as intended but it's kinda useless right now.

This is a 2 minute, single target, dummy fight in which I just spammed Scorch.



As you can see, it did 67.4k damage in 2 minutes. It was doing no damage on boss fights either, since it's radius it's stupidly large.
IMO, it should do what is says it does: Create a cyclone on the target's location for 10s, not around it.

Yep, I simmed it and it shows 8.3% of damage there. It was only 2.40% of my damage on heroic Ursoc kill.

I guess Sim assumes every cyclone tick is a hit. Which is totally wrong since most won't hit.

DO A NORMAL ROTATION. NOT JUST SPAM SCORCH

The trinket has been nerfed since IT was simmed as bis (did 37k dmg pre nerf, now IT Deals 13k dmg per Tick). So i think its shit now.... (sry for my English :p)

Well if you apply some logic you can probably assume it aint "nerfed" but clearly not WAI, I mean do you really think they'd make a trinket worse than the 800 crap you can pull off world quests :rolleyes:

So do you think a 830 simple world trinket with Int, Crit and a Socket is now better than the Wind Trinket ?

Any 825+ trinket with crit is better than Twisting Wind.

I'm not sure I understand the reasoning for making a very good trinket completely useless . My 865 Twisting Wind is doing significantly less damage in all encounters than my 840 shock baton... I was excited when I got it... but now it just makes me sad and I'm likely to just bank it until it gets buffed again.

Why would they make an easily-accessible world quest trinket so much better than one from a heroic raid boss?
