Can anyone confirm or deny that the Owl trinket was nerf'd and actually crap now?

Nerfed before ToS opened last Tuesday yes. Crap now? Not by a long shot.

Nothing mentioned on hotfixes, so no didn't get nerfed as of Wednesday 28th of June.

It has not been nerfed again as of this post. Locking to prevent confusion; if it's nerfed again legitimately I am sure it wont take long to be noticed.
