Trinket choices

So up until now I've used Terror from Below and Owl trinket. Terror from below being the normal version (ivl 900), and the owl being heroic (ilvl 915).

I sim'd myself since getting a new trinket from the relinquished vendor and it's stating that the Burning Portal Key (ilvl 940) is an upgrade, even though it has versatility - according to raidbots.com

Just wondering from your guys' experiences if this in fact is true. I've heard that Terror from Below and Owl are basically the best combo until you get Arcano.

At your gear level TFB and OWL can easily be offset by other trinkets, so your sim is most likely right. Also, the Burning Portal Key doesnt have only vers iirc, it also has a big fat chunk of int on it too.

Bit sad realy that last night's KJ drop ilvl 950 Tome of Unraveling Sanity sims below my current ilvl935 Owl/ilvl920 TFB on ST, and below my ilvl905 Fury of the Burning Sky/ilvl 915 Spectral Turible for Cleave/AoE.
