I think it will, but nothing more. We will return to the same DPS as before 7.3.5. Honestly I expected a lot more from this class tuning..

It's something I guess. I just hope it's not the last change we're going to see until BfA. It should probably at least be enough to bring us back to the lower middle of the pack on single target.
And by lower middle of the pack I mean something like fifth worst spec instead of second worst spec.
