ineffable + meteor 1min combust?

i've tried simming this, it seems like approx 150% IT is what you need to get combustion to 1min without kindling.
on the same note of sims, sims don't seem to support this build yet as seen by the 2nd combustion's sample action list:
world vein>RoP>scorch>pyro>FB>meteor>combustion

anyone much smarter than i have any idea how feasible this is, or even better have an simcraft api for this?
