Could I ask for some Help with Improving Performance?

Hey all, our guild finally took out Sire tonight, and honestly I feel like I should be doing way more to help out.

Would anyone be able to give me any insight based on my log? I felt like it went...okay? But I am looking to get better because I switched to Mage to help the team, want to try and get better:

Scroll through your cast timeline and look at your combustions. First 2 or 3 are totally botched with you getting off very few pyroblasts. Clean combustions with 7 pyros in each one would be first thing to fix.
