Could use some help picking over my logs

I'm getting back into progression raiding and going over my logs I feel like I'm missing something.
My ilvl is currently not up to par, but at the same time I'm wondering if it is just a secondary stats issue or just an ilvl issue as a whole.

Comparing myself to just shriek and huntsman to the other fire mage in the run.... it would seem as if our casts are almost identical, our cd usage is almost identical.. however his secondaries are favoring vers/mastery far more than mine favoring crit/haste (as I've been simming each piece of gear I currently have access to).

So my question is.... is this just simply a gearing issue or is it my rotation/uptime? (and overlook the fact I had flame patch instead of conflag XD )

I personally feel like it's just a gearing issue, but I also feel like I'm overlooking something incredibly simplistic.
