I didn't actually intend to make this, but due to a file input error it's what I got anyway.


450 second single target, 250K iterations. All haste/mastery values are pre-amp, ie. what you would get from switching gems/enchants/reforges.

Origin (0) is 14321 haste, 21933 mastery. The two farthest right endpoint are 19236 and 19587 haste, which corresponds to the 19347 haste BP.

These ratings are pre-amplification from PBoI -

Pretty sure each of those peaks represents a secondary or tertiary breakpoint during +haste windows with added bombs. It's an illustration as to why 19347 is chosen over 18960, as it should also be one of those "peaks" with a jump to DPS.
