Blizzard and Bone chilling

Been playing around with frost a bit, and was wondering if it was worth it to precast blizzard before burst to stack up bonechilling/keep it stacked while you aren't casting frost bolt as much during the opener? or is 6% just not worth it to do? I was thinking it might be similar to old ele shaman precasting earthquake during the opener on single target instead of a lightning bolt.

Frozen orb stacks bone chilling. Just use it first.

Since the buff, Blizzard is better than Frostbolt so keep it up even on single target. But for pre-cast, it might be better to start with Flurry if you want really fast stacking.

Quickest stacking : pre-cast Flurry > Blizzard > Frozen Orb.
But I don't think it's worth.

For pre-cast, Bizzard is an interesting option especially against ore than 1 targets.
