There's been a lot of questions on what changed and what we do differently since the frost changes. I'll try and keep this thread updated (including adding your questions to this post), but here is where we're at:

Top frost apl questions since change:
1) frostbolt procs bf/FoF and you queued up 2nd frostbolt bc you had no procs, what do you follow with
A: IL -> FB -> Flurry -> IL with gloves, Flurry -> IL without
2) you have brain freeze and frozen orb is off cooldown, what do you cast? what if brain freeze keeps proccing?
A: I think either of them will be alright, I personally get rid of BF first
3) you have ebonbolt off cooldown but no brain freeze proc, do you sit on it until it procs?
A: use it on CD and shatter it with the followup Flurry
4) what is the new frost opener?
A: pre-Ebonbolt -> Flurry -> IL
5) what do you do if BF procs off your first water jet frostbolt?
A: finish your 2nd frostbolt, dump FoFs, frostbolt-flurry-ice lance
edit: 2nd frostbolt -> flurry is ~1k dps increase, but a big dps decrease if you can splitting ice
6) what do you do if brain freeze procs while frozen orb is active?
A: dump FoF and try and flurry/IL if it's still active, TBD

Lady Vashj's Grasp questions:
a) bf procs (only buff) -2 seconds from glove proc, what do you cast
A: flurry->IL
b) bf procs (only buff) -1 seconds from glove proc, what do you cast
A: frostbolt

I don't have the gloves, so I haven't given it much thought, but a question I've seen:
If you precast Ebonbolt, you're going to get an FoF proc on pull from your gloves that gets wasted. Would it not be better to precast Frostbolt iff (if and only if) you have the gloves?

Does the Ebonbolt > Flurry sequence take into account that Frostbolt crits reduce the cooldown of Icy Veins? I'm at -2.5s per FB crit. Is there a cutoff, for example at -1.5s it's better to EB > Flurry but at -3s it's better to EB > FB > Flurry ?

it does not, i'd sim it
