What are the thoughts on this legendary?

I have gloves and sephuz right now, and im thinking if i cant proc sephuz it would be best to go with these shoulders. My pawn seems to show an increase if i were to equip them, but i dont want to waste the 100k+ gold if it will just be banked.

Stats are good, little of sustain for a fair price, at my realm it cost only 40k. Pretty solid option
