Use BF Proc over FOF? + which would be best 2P T19 options to farm

Good day,

my main question is if it is worth using the flurry of a brain freeze proc instantly or wait til no more FoF procs are availabel. I read that the dmg of a FoF Icelance does not benefit from the flurry debuff on the target. Which for me would mean that I wait with using my BF proc until no more FoF procs are available.
While browsing some topics here I read that this way of doing it is completley wrong and I should use flurry procs the second they pop.

2nd question would be regarding T19 Pieces. Currently I have 5 pieces out of antorus heroic. In several guides I read that 2P 19 is still worth taking. Which would be statwise the 2 most worth to trade against existing pieces, and which Ilvl should they at least have to be worth exchanging for a 945 Ilvl antorus piece? If mythic titanforged is what I would need I guess I rather skip on that ^^

Bonusquestion:

Feeling the dmg with the current gear (4P Antorus, 956GS, bracers/shard) is still quite low. Maybe it is my fault with the flurry munching, maybe there is something I'm overseeing in my rotation which I personally think I have down quite good so far. Hence I will leave a log from a fight without much movement here, for anyone with the time.

Currently have the Sheath of Azara and personal decimicer on normal but I play with azara as it sims higher.

Hi, I just want to start of by saying that you're not in the wrong to think that, as I also used to think that "Hey, might aswell use all my Ice Lance proccs THEN cast Flurry > Ice Lance"

Ive watched your logs and simmed your character and compared it to my own little mage, and we get land on about the same DPS expect im getting 85k more, which isnt that much. Theres a few points on why you ALWAYS prio your http://www.wowhead.com/spell=228354/flurry proccs over your http://www.wowhead.com/spell=30455/ice-lance. http://www.wowhead.com/spell=228354/flurry will reach the target faster then http://www.wowhead.com/spell=214634/ebonbolt / http://www.wowhead.com/spell=116/frostbolt which will ensure that you always get a http://www.wowhead.com/spell=214634/ebonbolt / http://www.wowhead.com/spell=116/frostbolt crit, why does this matter? Critting a http://www.wowhead.com/spell=116/frostbolt on your target will first of all lower your http://www.wowhead.com/spell=12472/icy-veins cooldown AND it gives u a http://www.wowhead.com/spell=195419/chain-reaction stack.

Casting http://www.wowhead.com/spell=116/frostbolt > http://www.wowhead.com/spell=228354/flurry will give you a chance of getting another http://www.wowhead.com/spell=228354/flurry procc, since http://www.wowhead.com/spell=228354/flurry proccs from http://www.wowhead.com/spell=116/frostbolt. And you will benefit from your T21 2set/4set bonuses, hence why you do the http://www.wowhead.com/spell=116/frostbolt > http://www.wowhead.com/spell=228354/flurry > http://www.wowhead.com/spell=30455/ice-lance sequence.

Of course it depends on what youre doing, like if u cant http://www.wowhead.com/spell=236645/shimmer and have to run, then you spam http://www.wowhead.com/spell=30455/ice-lance. But dont waste your http://www.wowhead.com/spell=228354/flurry proccs without casting http://www.wowhead.com/spell=116/frostbolt first, its just not worth it since you get so much from just those 2 casts.

And for T20 2set, you could always try to get the Head/Hands from mythic and then sim yourself. 20% extra crit dmg for 10seconds every minute is quite nice, especially with the 2 + 4set bonus from T21.

Bonus pointers:
Dont cast http://www.wowhead.com/spell=20680/blizzard on single target, ever. It just wastes time and DPS, even if u have Frozen Orb out. Do it if theres +2 targets and you have http://www.wowhead.com/spell=84714/frozen-orb out. I hard cast it only if theres +3 targets and Artic Gale talented.

Always cast http://www.wowhead.com/spell=228354/flurry > http://www.wowhead.com/spell=30455/ice-lance after your http://www.wowhead.com/spell=214634/ebonbolt.

Get good with movement, its vital as a caster to be efficient with movement. IF u have to run, and http://www.wowhead.com/spell=231584/brain-freeze is up. Cast http://www.wowhead.com/spell=116/frostbolt real fast, and move during the http://www.wowhead.com/spell=228354/flurry > http://www.wowhead.com/spell=30455/ice-lance cast. Or just spam http://www.wowhead.com/spell=30455/ice-lance. Having to run without throwing spells is a obvious DPS loss.

Be smart with your cooldowns. If theres a set of mobs spawning or a window where you feel like you can dish out alot of dmg then save them for that. Unless its like 15+ seconds to that window.
Kin'garoth is a perfect example. I dont use a single CD before the first mob spawns. As soon as it spawns I cast http://www.wowhead.com/spell=12472/icy-veins > http://www.wowhead.com/spell=84714/frozen-orb > http://www.wowhead.com/spell=214634/ebonbolt > http://www.wowhead.com/spell=228354/flurry > http://www.wowhead.com/spell=54261/ice-lance. Then back to the regular http://www.wowhead.com/spell=116/frostbolt > http://www.wowhead.com/spell=228354/flurry > http://www.wowhead.com/spell=30455/ice-lance prio. I can go from 10th place to 1st or 3rd/4th just from doing that, its def worth it.
And your cooldowns will get back up when the next add spawns
