Hey All,

Here's a walkthrough of Observer Zelgar in Torghast's Level 3 of Fracture Chambers.

Pretty straight-forward this time around with the buffs I had and I got him to drop his unnatural power buffs, which also helped, but may not have been necessary, tbh.
