I may or may not have got a little button-happy and blinked into an oncoming wave during Brackenspore on the very pull we killed it the first time.

I also accidentally forgot to cancel my alter time on Tectus, and thought I had successfully avoided the pillar...then died immediately.

You will see the hunter get force nova'd into a mine shortly before I cast "Ice Barrier".

What you don't see is me spending the next 8 seconds on vent berating him on vent about getting knocked back into a mine.

Well, as an off-topic side note, I were happy with that when I healed this fight on my healer alt.

Just summon a http://www.wowhead.com/spell=98008 and http://www.wowhead.com/spell=108287 it to them (which will cover many of them since they get the stacks for clustering and not moving anyway), and then put down my http://www.wowhead.com/spell=108280. Then I just sit there with a cup of coffee at hand, and watch my ranking on Recount hop up and up.

K let me contribute another. I can't find the WCL entry for now, but you should see that this is totally possible.

There was one time when I was chased by http://www.wowhead.com/spell=162370. I popped my AT and Blinked away from my team. The idea was: I could throw a few extra casts before the barrage reached me, and when it did, I can cancel my AT to rendezvous with my team, and the barrage will head right back and expire before it can reach me again.

These all look nice on paper, but after I Blinked away, where I stood was targeted by a http://www.wowhead.com/spell=162518, and it erupted just before I cancelled my AT.

You might think I were lucky, because I narrowly escaped death. However, I was trapped inside a solid opaque pillar, and the in-game camera went all nuts. It took me seconds before I walked out of the pillar and resumed battle.

However, there should be someone out there that teleported his butt right onto the tip of the pillar and got impaled on top of it for all to see and shame. If you're one of them, share a WoL/WCL entry to prove it!

A few weeks ago I was jumping sideways to avoid fire on Kar'gath. A Priest happened to give me Power Word: Shield with the speed boost just as I jumped, so I went further than I had anticipated. Went just barely over the edge and into a tiger pit.

Not tied specifically to mages, but last night I was at a meeting and came home just in time when my guild finished clearing the trash. And then they couldn't summon me into the group coz the servers went bonkers, but they were already inside.

So I spent 3 and a half hours giving them EP/GP and listened to them kill 3 progress bosses.

Last night on Mythic Beastlord we were on the last push after Faultline, i used iceblock to not take damage from Tantrum, but then i got targeted by Pinned down. With lighning speed i removed my iceblock and blinked away, thinking i was safe until the second spear landed right on top of me. I got wrecked on so many different levels.
