Help not munching AM procs

So as the title suggests, there are a few scenarios I've encountered while raiding and I'm just wondering the proper way to handle them.

So I know in general that wasting an AM proc is bad, but I find it somewhat difficult to avoid in a couple situations.
The first one is during my opener. I do the normal opener of building 4 charges, blowing CD's, and putting down crystal for my SN charges. I've found that sometimes by the time I build 4 charges and use one SN charge, I'm already capped on AM procs. Do I use one missile then blow the other charge, or just blow both charges right away? Lately I've been staggering them with an AM cast or two, being careful not to cap on mana, but sometimes I do and I know that's bad as well. So for that one which would be the correct course of action?

As for the second one, it's a little less common but still happens. It's also during burn phase (can also happen during conserve but only with great RNG), but near the end. I find that sometimes I will end my burn phase with 2 or 3 charges of AM but won't use them since I've dipped below 70% and don't want to make the CD differential between AP and Evo too huge. After I Evo and start my conserve rotation again, but will be at 1 or no ACs with 3 AMs. Do I just use one AM and continue to build stacks or what?

If you are at 3 AM, you always use your 3rd AM proc, even I you are below 70% mana or on less than 4 x AC.

With regards to your PC question, if you are on 3 x AM and have an SN charge to use, use 2 of your AM procs before using SN as you have a chance of procing 2 x AM (assuming single target). One from the crystal and one from the boss.

You're asking for help not munching AM procs. The answer is to simply not munch AM procs... when you have three, use one. Problem solved, right?
