Regarding the addon "Watcher"

To disambiguate, I'm talking about http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/shotwatch.

For those who have experience in it, here are my questions:

1. Can it be set to track the Freeze of my WE?
2. Can it be set to track the remaining time of BOTH of my RoPs?

I thought about asking "Can it track the remaining time of ALL my LB/NT around?" But that'll make the bar messy and there are plenty of other addons to do that better, so just ignore that for now.

I'm not familiar with Watcher, but if it helps I use TMW to track both of these.
