Help me rank higher

Hey guys

I can't seem to rank high on warcraft logs and i don't understand why.

My highest ranking is 94 on ursoc on other reports when i had much lower ilvl. Now that i am higher ilvl my rankings are always low i find sometimes 50,60 most in 70 or 80. I want to always be 90+ if possible.

Can someone pinpoint where i am going wrong and what i can do to get better rankings?
Am i just getting outgeared by other players? My ilvl is 862 now.

Things i know i have to work on:

-Time my 2nd/3rd combustion phase cooldowns better
-Prepot/pot with deadly grace (need more gold/mats)
-less movement

I gave a fast look to all bosses, you did 2 decent pull rotations on Ursoc and Xavius. Some are completely messed up there is one with Flame On cast after RoP (before using any FB), some have precast Fireball way too late (this can be due to early pull tough). After that your RoP usage seems to be without PF and FB cooldowns. You should save 2 PF and 1 FB with cd to second to half at least before dropping RoP. Use PF inside RoP only. You are also missing DPS pot and that is huge increase in output. This is just with fast look at the logs don't have more time to go in details.

Lastly you can check how you rank among people with 2 ilvls of yours with filters on Warcraft Logs.
