BE is very low, because you probably have 33% crit and an extra 1% doesn't add much. But if you were 32%, it would be relevant.

i have the same results.Seeing as the racial chart in the OP is quite outdated, I went ahead and resimmed racials based on my own gear.
I'm 908 with very balanced stats, using Shard+Wrists. Fight length is 450 secs +/- 10%, player skill "good".
My results are a bit different than OP:

Then idk what's wrong with BE. 1% crit (the top secondary stat) seems really good on paper, but sims so low. WTF.

Probably related to the fact that 1% haste racials are multiplicative, while 1% crit racials are additive. In other words, the more crit you have, the worse the racial is.

I'm thinking of swapping out of my Draenei... 2% crit dmg seems more valuable than 425 int

That is correct. Better question: Is there a reliable easy ways to get sephuz procced in simcraft? There are many bosses out there which can proc it and i hope IceTime is still "bugged" after 7.2 hit to also proc sephuz.Is sephuz being procced on cd in those legendary stack rankings or is it just stats+passive?

As someone with Sephuz, IceTime and Zanne i would like to know if seph+IT is better then Seph+Zanne. (with the sephuzproc)

Add a casting raid event:
change x and y to whatever you want (in whole seconds) to mimic however many procs you want.

Just an interesting note, because one of our other mages asked me about it.
With Zannesu+Prydaz, Crit is decently low value. I had to run reforge plots to get to an optimal stat distribution, but I ended up with: 24% Crit, 30% Haste, 33% Mastery, 7% Versatility in raid.
Just thought it was curious.
Edit: This was for me and my gear specifically. Before I got the belt I had been at 33% Crit, 22% Haste, 40% Mastery, 3% Versatility

Since some people are ranting about the OPs artifact path: SIM YOURSELF!
I had too much time and simmed every single (new) trait for my toon and got slightly different results.
The sims for my toon (no frost leggies) result in the following order (DPS-per-trait-wise):
Obsidian Lance x4 > Clarity of Thought > Let it go > Ice Age > Freezing Rain > Glacial Eruption > Icy Caress > Frozen Veins > Orbital Strike > meh traits.
Always keep in mind that traits may give insanely different benefits depending on gear, especially legendaries. If you want to be 100% save, just spend the 15 minutes on simming. You guys running the feast food in raids now or still doing your best secondary stat for food? 500 int I would think would win out now, given frost doesn't have any secondary stats over Int if you're playing TV. If you play GS that's a different story.
