which is the best ally race for mage?
I'm worgen atm but i saw everywhere that is not the best race.

you're doing it wrong.

but if that doesn't work for you check the fire/frost/arcane forums and at the top there's a thread with race/talent/stats comparisons. it's a really small difference. go with whatever race is your favorite.

Race doesn't really matter. Just focus on playing well and the numbers will happen. Most of all, enjoy the game!

Dwarves are the best alliance race for frost. 2% additional crit damage when over 50% of our damage comes from crit is a legitimate dps boost (my sims indicated at least 10k higher dps than any other alliance race). I suspect with how crit heavy fire is, that dwarves would also be the best for fire.

Dwarf 2% Crit is the best for both fire and frost. I believe its also better than any horde racials.
