I have a question about the order of the burn phase. Why should we cast Arcane Power before Presence of Mind? It seems that with the global cooldown, we should cast PoM first, so that we don't have two GCDs during AP. I usually try to setup my own burn phase so that I can cast PoM, ABarr, and CU just as AP comes off of cooldown. That would seem to maximize the buff from the tier 21 buffs, and then maximize casting time during AP.

Edit: I just realized that PoM doesn't have a GCD. So I guess it can be cast simultaneously to the first AP AB.

As you realized, PoM is off the GCD. You can cast it before/during/after AP, it does't really matter.

Thx u a lot! What a surprise to see Dwarf at the bottom, sadly im human and he isnt in a much better position , time to rerroll to dark iron dwarf!

The reason dwarf is at the bottom has to do with your low stats at 120. Extra crit damage isn't valuable if you have a low crit chance to begin with. In later tiers, I expect dwarf will end up on top again.

Nope. You still cast arcane barrage after reaching 4 Arcane Charges during Arcane Power.

You should always sim to be sure, but to answer your question, no, it's pretty bad right now.

I worded improperly, updated the message now. It no longer scales with mastery from arcane charges, still scales with arcane charges.

Is there any number of targets with 3 "Explosive Echo" azurite traits where you would just spam Arcane Explosion endlessly?

I'd still wouldn't use Arcane Explosion endlessly on number below 3 targets regardless if I had 3x Explosive Echo traits methinks...

I meant how many targets does it take to remove barrage from the rotation and just spam explosion, afaik you still barrage when you get to 4 charges on 3 targets.

I was thinking more like m+ parameters where you have the ability to drink and evocate more liberally, at what target number is it a dps gain to stop using barrage, ignoring mana.

Ah, I see, my bad. In that case, based on some very terrible napkin math, I found that the magic number is 7. Someone should double check my math, cause I'm 85% sure I made a terrible assumption somewhere.
