It impales your target, dealing [ 320% [ 297% of Spell Power ] damage plus all of the damage stored in your Icicles, and freezes the target in place for 4 sec. Damage may interrupt the freeze effect. Requires 5 Icicles to cast. Passive: Ice Lance no longer launches Icicles. Frost Mage - Level 100 Talent. Frost Mage - Level 100 Talent. 1% of Base Mana. 40 yd range. 3 sec cast.


Will the NoLance build be viable after this?
