Glacial Spike and Brain Freeze

Hello Everyone,

Just a quick question that i'am sure has been covered a million times. While doing my rotation and I get to 5 icicles but no brain freeze, is it better to keep casting till i get a brain freeze with 5 icicles up or just go ahead and use glacial spike with no brain freeze. Mind you ebonbolt is down as well.

You can cast GS with no BF if you can hit the target at 5 IF stacks
