Frost mage ilev584. Haste question.

So i know there is a loads of question regarding this. My question is the haste points for 18960/19347.
I decided i wanted to try out full haste and don´t know what breakpoint to pick.

Any ides and tips regarding on this matter? Will that extra tick from LB during Bl win or not?

Current TC says there is no reason to go for 18960 instead of 19347.

That said, neither of them are optimal builds. What are you looking for?

Hej Komma.
I am not rly sure what i am looking for!, mostly a faster cast build and more aoe.
I have never tried the high haste build and not sure it will do better then my current build on 15832 Haste.

Feel i want to improve my dps and not sure if the higher haste build will do that for me.
