Gear Check suggestions?

First off Hi!! Im new to these forums but so far so good. Im currently sitting at 581 frost, but for some reason I feel my DPS is low perhaps because of my gear. I havent got any logs atm, so I should probably do that but below is my armory if anyone has any suggestions!

Your gear looks to be fine. Logs would be a big help to see where improvements could be made.

You gear looks fine, except that you're a bit below the hit-cap.
Not much more to be said without logs. :>

One thing that raises warning flags is the low up time of IE. Approximately 50-60%, when it should be around 95% and above.

Are you tracking the duration somehow?
If no, I strongly recommend you to do so, since it's a 15% damage increase.

Most people prefer WeakAuras or ForteXorcist, but I'm a firm believer in TellMeWhen.
The addons listed above are great for tracking all kinds of things, and I strongly recommend that you get one of them.
