I know there are alot of people who are like "omg my dps is low help me" and now i'm one of them because im actually puzzled by this.

I don't know I'm only pulling 25k dps if I'm hitting all the checklists and there are no major issues.

You're doing low dps because you're not utilizing any of the top performing Frost specs. You'd do more dps simply going and gearing for either NoIL, Forb or even standard spec.
